Scientific Journal of Health Science uses Editorial Manager System for a qualitative and prompt review process. Editorial Manager is an online manuscript submission, review and tracking system. Review processing is performed by the editorial board members of Health Science Journal or relevant experts from other universities or institutes. Minimum two independent reviewer’s approval followed by editor approval is required for the acceptance of any citable manuscript. Authors may submit manuscripts and track their progress through the editorial system. Reviewers can download manuscripts and submit their opinions to the editor whereas the editors can manage the whole submission/review/revise/publish process via editorial manager.
The Journal’s mission is to promote excellence in nursing, midwifery, physician, medicine, pharmacology and a range of disciplines and specialties of allied health professions. It welcomes submissions from international academic and health professional’s community. The Journal publishes evidence-based articles with solid and sound methodology, clinical application, description of best clinical practices, and discussion of relevant professional issues or perspectives. Articles can be submitted in the form of research articles, reviews, case reports, and letters to the editor or commentaries.
The Journal’s priorities are papers in the fields of nursing, physical therapy, medical laboratory science, environmental health, and medical imaging and radiologic technologies. Relevant articles from other disciplines of allied health professions may be considered for publication. It follows publishing standards set by the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE; www.icmje.org), Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE; http://publicationethics.org/), and the World Association of Medical Editors (WAME; www.wame.org).
