Article Processing Fees
The Journal operates a transparent and fair fee structure to support the cost of editorial management, peer review, production, hosting, indexing, digital preservation, and dissemination of articles.
Submission Fee: No submission fee is charged. Authors may submit their manuscripts free of cost.
Article Processing Charge (APC)
An Article Processing Charge (APC) is required only after a manuscript is accepted for publication. The APC covers:
- Editorial assessment and management
- Double-blind peer review
- Copyediting and proofreading
- Typesetting and pagination
- DOI registration (Crossref)
- Online hosting and archiving (LOCKSS/CLOCKSS)
- Long-term digital preservation
- Indexing and metadata services
Standard APC: USD $100 (or local currency equivalent) per accepted article
Discount and Waiver Policy
The Journal may offer:
- Partial waivers for early-career researchers
- Discounts for authors from low-income or developing countries
- Full waivers for exceptional papers invited by the Editorial Board
Waiver requests must be submitted at the time of manuscript submission and do not influence editorial decisions.
Payment Terms
- APC becomes payable only after the final acceptance of the manuscript.
- Payment instructions will be provided via email by the Editorial Office.
- Articles will proceed to production only after payment is confirmed.
No Hidden Charges
The Journal does not charge for:
- Submission
- Review
- Revisions
- Colour figures
- Additional pages
- Online access
There are no hidden fees, and APC does not influence acceptance decisions.
