Policy on Handling Complaints

The Journal welcomes complaints related to publication ethics or processes.

 

Procedure

  1. Complaint submitted via email or online system.
  2. Acknowledgment within 7 days.
  3. Investigation by the Editor-in-Chief and Ethics Committee.
  4. Resolution within 30 days, following COPE dispute resolution guidelines.
