The Journal is committed to the open and unrestricted dissemination of knowledge. All articles published are freely accessible online immediately upon publication.

Open Access Model

The Journal operates under a Gold Open Access model:

  • All published articles are available free of charge to readers worldwide.
  • Authors retain significant rights to their work, depending on the selected license.
  • Open access ensures broader visibility, citation, and impact of published research.

Licensing

Unless specified otherwise, articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY) or another suitable Creative Commons license.

This permits:

  • Free reading, downloading, copying, distribution, and reuse of the article.
  • Commercial and non-commercial use.
  • Adaptation and remixing, provided that proper attribution is given to the original work.

Authors retain copyright under this model.

Archiving and Digital Preservation

The Journal ensures permanent accessibility of all published content through:

  • DOI assignment (Crossref)
  • Archiving in digital repositories such as LOCKSS/CLOCKSS, institutional repositories, or national libraries
  • Metadata formats compatible with indexing services, including Scopus, DOAJ, and Google Scholar

Readers will always have open access to all articles even if the Journal ceases publication.

Repository and Self-Archiving Policy

Authors may deposit:

  • Preprints (before review)
  • Accepted manuscripts (post-review)
  • Final published versions (publisher’s PDF)

in any institutional, subject-based, or personal repository, provided the original publication is acknowledged.

No Embargo Period

To support global research visibility, the Journal does not impose any embargo. Published articles are immediately accessible upon release.

Article Processing Charges (APCs)

The Journal charges an APC fee only after acceptance, and APCs do not influence editorial decisions or peer review outcomes.
