Based on the report of the Health Department of Indonesia in 2018, Nganjuk became one of the district which bears the unusual status. Based on the report of the Nganjuk Health Department in 2018 number of deaths Nganjuk because DBD in 2018 out of 427 cases DBD. The existence of the Geographic Information System is expected to give an idea of the spread of the disease DBD in Nganjuk Regency. This type of research is a qualitative research method system design approach with Waterfall. Geographic information system using XAMPP and MySQL, Notepad++ and Google Maps API. The results of this research are Geographic Information System displays information about the the geographical situation of Nganjuk Regency, the number of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever sufferers, Number of Population, larvae free rate, fogging, PSN (Mosquito Nest Eradication), abatization in 2018 in Nganjuk Regency. The results of the analysis of this Geographic Information System are the five highest districts of DHF sufferers, namely Prambon, Nganjuk, Tanjunganom, Pace, Loceret. The factors that caused high DHF sufferers were geographical conditions such as rainfall and elevation, population, number of larvae free, and fogging, PSN (Mosquito Nest Eradication), abatization.
