Background:<\/em><\/strong> Tuberculosis (TB) is one of the health problems in Mojokerto. The number of TB cases in Mojokerto district <\/em>was<\/em> 78\/100,000 <\/em>in 2015 <\/em>and case detection rate <\/em>value<\/em> has<\/em>n\u2019t<\/em> reach 70%<\/em> yet<\/em>. Those problems w<\/em>ould<\/em> not actually happen if the surveillance gose well. The purpose of this study was to describe the problem of TB surveillance system based on the system and attributes as well as provide an alternative solution. \u00a0Method:<\/strong> This research <\/em>wa<\/em>s a descriptive study <\/em>with <\/em>evaluation<\/em> study <\/em>design. This study was conducted in 21 Public Health Centers (PHC) and Mojokerto District Health Office. Data were collected through interviews with TB officer in 21 PHC and Mojokerto District Health Office, using questionnaires, and document <\/em>analysis against<\/em> TB data reports. Weaknesses were found in <\/em>the <\/em>TB surveillance system <\/em>based on<\/em> system components <\/em>were<\/em> 28<\/em>,<\/em>57% of officers still have not got the training, all officers holding<\/em> >2 programs, the lack of computers and internet<\/em> availability, <\/em>the report <\/em>accuracy<\/em> was only<\/em> 30% <\/em>\u00a0and completeness report only 80%, <\/em>the d<\/em>ata<\/em> did<\/em> not<\/em> analyze<\/em> by officers. While the weakness of TB surveillance systems <\/em>on<\/em> attribute<\/em>s<\/em> were<\/em> the lack of patient awareness in the check-up, the feedback <\/em>wa<\/em>s more than 3 months, <\/em>the <\/em>damage <\/em>of<\/em> information systems tuberculosis integrated<\/em> > <\/em>1<\/em> time <\/em>in <\/em>a year and repair <\/em>duration <\/em>more than 1 week<\/em>.<\/em> Suggestion:<\/em><\/strong> Problem of TB surveillance system in Mojokerto regency contained in the system and attributes. Alternative issues for strengthening the surveillance system <\/em>are<\/em> the Department of Health training to health center officers, and monitoring as well as referrals to <\/em>PHC<\/em> that have problems in reporting.<\/em><\/p>\n
