Village Health Post as one of the health service facilitations has a strategic role in the effort to speed up public health degree. The quality of village health post service can be known from the personnel’s service professionalism, efficiency, and effectiveness and also customer satisfaction. Meanwhile the quality of village health post service can be reviewed from several things like structures that cover physical facilities of the village health post that fulfills the requirements of building in terms of building location, and sanitation condition which includes room area, lighting, ventilation, and have clean water facilities, sewerage, and latrine which should be able to provide satisfaction to the customers. The purpose is to analyze sanitation condition to village health post customer satisfaction at the working area of Public Health Office Gorontalo City. This research was quantitative method, the research instrument used questionnaires to measure sanitation condition and customer satisfaction of the village health post’s users. Statistical test result obtains X2 count (8,714) > X2 table (3,841) and p value = 0,003 < 0,05 which degree of significance α=0,05, then Ho is rejected, so it is interpreted that the sanitation condition of Village Health Post has a very significant effect to the customer satisfaction of Health Public Post in Gorontalo City. It is advised that the Condition of Village Health Post Sanitation Facilities that does not fulfill the requirements should hold on to Indonesia’s Health Ministerial Decree Number 1405/MENKES/SK/XI/2002 and Regulation of Health Minister Number 736/MENKES/PER/VI/2010.
