Abstract
This study primarily investigates the linkage between supply chain collaboration, organisational resources and firms’ performance. The study employs a quantitative research approach with cross-sectional survey data from 163 collected from logistics companies in the Graeter Accra Region of Ghana. The study analysed the data gathered using SPSS (version 22). The results show a positive and significant relationship between supply chain collaboration and supply chain performance. It was also further established that a positive and meaningful relationship exists between organisational resources and supply chain performance. This paper proposes and tests a hypothetical model that investigates the relationship between supply chain collaboration, organisational resources and supply chain performance.
